A Little About Our Rooms

Your stay at the  Pleasant Inn Motel  will begin with your Check-in at 3:00 p.m. Should you arrive early, please be prepared to enjoy local attractions until your room is ready. Our check out time is 11:00 a.m. daily. There is a late check-out charge of 50% of your daily rate if late check-out reservations are not made with the front desk.

Guest rooms and suites are prepared for your arrival with a full or king bed or a combination of queen/full/twin in the family units or queen/queen or twin/twin. The Pleasant Inn Motel  is centrally located one block back from the famous Embarcadero waterfront. We cannot guarantee a specific room but will make every effort to accommodate requests whenever possible.

When your reservation is confirmed, you will be guaranteed a guest room at the quoted or agreed rate. The rate establishes the amenities in the room. Our commitment extends only to guest room type identified by the rate. Our rates are for double occupancy. A deposit of one (1) night room and tax will be necessary to secure your accommodations and reservations. Cancellation is three (3) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Any reservation not canceled by 4:00 p.m. (3) days prior to your scheduled arrival date will be charged one (1) night at the agreed upon reservation room rate and tax(s).

The Pleasant Inn Motel accepts one-night reservations for Sunday through Thursday accommodations only. All weekend reservations require a minimum two-day stay during peak seasons, special events and holidays. The maximum number of persons per room is no more than four (4). No one under the age of 18 is permitted to stay at Pleasant Inn Motel  without the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Because we understand how much guests love their pets, we are pleased to be able to accommodate domestic K-9 pets at Pleasant Inn Motel , for an additional fee, but we require notification of the attending pet(s) during your stay. *Guests that require accommodations that are non-pet friendly, rooms are available.
